At FastandUp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
